Our founder, Paul Ramsay, always said “our people are our most important asset,” and it’s just as true now as it was when Ramsay Health Care (Ramsay) was established in 1964.
At Ramsay, ‘care’ is not just a value statement, but is integral to the way we go about our daily business to meet the expectations of our patients and our people.
Alongside our commitment to patient care is the quality and capability of our nursing and midwifery workforce.
Thanks to the opportunities provided within Ramsay Health Care’s robust Nursing and Midwifery Academy, our nurses and midwives, from novice all the way through to the executive level, benefit from a range of complementary programs of learning.
Each of these programs provides the latest research, knowledge, mentorship as well as hands-on clinical experience to ensure Ramsay nurses and midwives are the best in the industry.
The opportunities to develop and progress their careers is part of what draws nurses and midwives to Ramsay. Once here, those same opportunities make them want to stay.
